Clarifications issued pursuant to the 50th GST Council meeting
The following clarificatory Circulars have been issued pursuant to the 50th GST Council meeting held on July 11, 2023, as a measure to facilitate trade. Through these clarifications, the Council has sought to address various representations filed by the industry on major points of contention between the taxpayer and the tax authorities.
