Experience

Harshil has an experience of around 10 years in the field of direct tax and regulatory services. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Commerce graduate. Prior to joining Aurtus Consulting, he has worked with Dhruva Advisors and KPMG. He has worked on several transactions related to corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, domestic / international taxation and succession planning.

Harshil also advises clients on regulatory matters related to Foreign Exchange Management Act, Companies Act etc. He has experience of advising clients across multiple sectors such as Pharmaceutical & Healthcare, Power, Education, Real Estate etc. He has co-authored various articles and chapters on topics like Transfer Pricing, Foreign Exchange Management Act, International Taxation and Tax Assessment. In his free time, Harshil loves travelling, cooking, listening to music and playing squash.
