Experience

Urjavi is a third generation Chartered Accountant in her family and has over 2 years of experience in direct tax domain. Prior to joining Aurtus, Urjavi has worked with Ernst & Young, Mumbai in the transaction tax department. Her key areas of focus has been providing tax and regulatory advisory services to Private Equity funds and Alternative Investment Funds. 

Her experience includes outbound applications, outbound structuring, transaction advisory to funds relating to their buy-outs and exits, corporate tax advisory and planning. She has worked with clients across industries ranging from real estate, financial services sector, venture capital funds, pharmaceuticals etc. In her free time, Urjavi enjoys cycling, listening to music and travelling.
