Darshan is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with over 4 years of experience in the field of Transfer Pricing. Prior to joining Aurtus, Darshan has worked with K C Mehta & Co. Darshan's work experience includes advising clients on setting up transfer pricing policy, transfer pricing compliance and documentation for international as well as specified domestic transactions, Global TP documentation, CbCR and Master File, related party compliance under Companies Act and preparing TP Country profiles.

He has worked for clients across industries ranging from Automobiles, Banking, Chemicals, Infrastructure, PCBs, Pharmaceuticals, Plumbing, Power, Technology (such as Fin-tech and Ed-tech start-ups), Financial Services, IT/ITeS and Engineering Designing. He enjoys traveling, listening to instrumental music and watching movies.
