Darshan has nearly 7 years of experience in advising clients across wide range of tax and regulatory matters. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law. Prior to joining Aurtus Consulting, Darshan was associated with PwC and Katalyst Advisors.

Darshan has worked on several M&A transactions, internal group restructuring, assignments involving family arrangement, succession planning, etc. He has advised clients across multiple sectors including real estate, manufacturing, financial services, etc. He also contributes articles on professional topics in various publications. He loves watching movies in his free time.
