Neha Rana is a qualified Chartered Accountant with varied experience in the field of audit and assurance and direct taxation.  She has completed her bachelor’s in commerce from Mumbai University from H. R. College of Commerce and Economics. Prior to joining Aurtus Consulting, she was associated with GMJ and Co., a mid-size CA firm providing tax and audit and assurance services.

Neha specialises in direct tax advisory & compliances, corporate restructuring and succession planning. She also focuses on matters concerning internation taxation, foreign exchange control regulations and corporate law. She likes to travel, reading books and listening to music.
